Rebecca, along with Jeremy her husband, founded The Caravan Supermarket in 2015. Their objective was to provide quality caravan and camping accessories and outdoor leisure products at the best prices while giving customers excellent customer service. Rebecca says "you will never find a sale promotion in store as prices are always set to provide the best value for money regardless of the time of year".

Jeremy had accrued 35 years experience in the camping industry. He says "we do our very best to satisfy the customer's needs and where possible to go beyond their expectations. Taking a customer focused approach leads naturally to business success but more importantly it leads to happy customers."
Imogen Peniket
Office Administrator
Imogen ensures the customer is happy with their purchase and is keen to provide any support or advice they require. She is in charge of answering customer enquiries and oversees all office activity.
Sarah Noon
Warehouse Manager
Sarah believes that smooth operation of the warehouse is key to fulfilling customer orders. From picking, quality checking and packing to dispatch and delivery, each process is meticulously organised by her to ensure the customer gets their parcel in perfect condition as quickly as possible.
Kurt Peniket
Warehouse Person
Once the orders have been passed to Kurt and his team, they endeavour to pick the correct items for each request and ensure that each product is in perfect condition. He says "our job then is to pack the item in such a way that it will arrive safely with the customer withstanding all handling, bagging and transportation until it is safely in the hands of the customer".
Adam Noon
Production Manager
Adam assesses the productivity of the organisation. He oversees team members to ensure maximum performance and evaluates the product quality of items coming into stock.
