The assistant could not have been more courteous, kind and understanding. We bought one aerial and could not get any signal. He sent another one after testing it for us. It was only after receiving the replacement that we realised it was not getting a signal because our motorhome was parked next to a large building. Wonderful company!

Very pleased with the service and product. It's just the job as my wife is disabled and anything I can do to make it so she can walk in the awning is a good thing. The carpet is just perfect for her to walk on with crutches.

These items were perfect, unfortunately there are two different sizes for the mirror guards, and I had the larger size, but I was in contact with them and when I returned the guards, I had a prompt refund of my money. In all I was very pleased with the product, and the service and I would deal with them again.

Item arrived damaged. I've asked for information to send back and now they've closed my response. Shop a great deal online but this have really made me think i wont bother. I never request a refund but this item is damaged. Our Response: We are very sorry that the response was closed. We helped another customer on the same day with same surname and wrong return request was closed. We apologised and issued a full refund.
The pegs are very nice looking and (probably) far stronger than I really needed but they will certainly "Do-the-job" so thank you very much for a great item. Also they arrived on the 23rd so excellent service.

I had a slight problem with my order, ...I ordered 5x 48 meter lenghts of cord , but received 24 meter Lents, contacted amazon , in under one hour I was contacted by the supplier apologising and sending the correct length express delivery ......and asking if I would accept the incorrect lengths as a gift .......what can you say other than ....a first class service

We had been using the same type of awning carpet for 11 years, so I was very pleased to find and buy exactly the same good quality again as we were buying a larger caravan and awning.
